§ 1 Scope of Services

Targetnavigation EOOD provides project-based and ongoing professional services in the fields of:

  • Software development.
  • Software engineering.
  • Systems integration.
  • IT consulting.

The specific scope of services shall be determined by the applicable quotation, service specification or project agreement.

§ 2 Client Cooperation Obligations

The Client shall provide all information, data, access permissions and cooperation reasonably required for the proper performance of the contractual services in a timely manner.

Delays resulting from insufficient or untimely cooperation by the Client shall not be attributable to Targetnavigation EO
